Our Story

WavesCo IT Solutions headquarters is in O'Fallon, Missouri and provides Managed IT Services and Professional IT Services for our clients. Our Saint Louis area clients can be found in St. Charles, Chesterfield, O'Fallon, Maryland Heights, Hazelwood, Clayton, Creve Coeur as well as throughout West St. Louis County and North St. Louis County. We also have clients throughout the United States, including Florida, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Illinois and Wisconsin.

WavesCo stands out uniquely with our Managed IT clients because of our commitment to not only provide Proactive Management and Support, but also to manage Security and Compliance requirements for our clients IT Infrastructure. Our team stays up-to-date not only on the latest technologies, but also the management of security around the latest technologies combined with how that is affected by the compliance requirements of our client’s industry.

David J. Schnardthorst, President

David Schnardthorst is the founder and President of WavesCo as well as an expert in Data Security and Configuration Management with over 20 years in Information Technology Consulting. David spends most of his time working with Linux and Open-Source, but also has strong experience in Apple, AIX, Solaris and Microsoft environments and believes every platform has its place.

Rich Weber - Suit

Rich Weber, Director of Managed IT

Rich Weber is the COO and Director of Managed IT for WavesCo and has over 20 years of experience in operations and process improvements. Rich spends much of his time working with vendors and technicians, continuously looking for cost effective best practices to bring to WavesCo’s client base. Rich spends the majority of his remaining time working with WavesCo’s clients to identify custom solutions that meet their business needs and budget.

Support Team

Local Technicians

WavesCo’s local technicians are our boots on the ground, and faces you’ll see in office. Our technicians are not only skilled in various aspects of IT, but also understand the importance of communication and ensuring our clients understand what’s going on when they’re onsite.

NOC Team

WavesCo’s NOC team consists of certified experts in Windows, Linux, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, networking, virtualization and security. Our NOC team communicates directly with our Help Desk and on site technicians to ensure team based approach to managing your network.

Help Desk Team

WavesCo’s Help Desk team is North American based and all user support technicians are native English speakers. 80% of incidents are resolved on the first call to get you back to work fast. As with our NOC, our Help Desk team communicates directly with our on site technicians to ensure complete continuity of problem resolution.

Support Staff

Our support staff consists of local technicians, operations, and accounting team members that provide back end business support to ensure our Sr. Technicians are able to stay focused on managing your network.
